Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to all purchases of Belell Source from CATARINA SOFIA DE ANDRADE MARQUES PEREIRA RIBEIRO and complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Right of Withdrawal - 14 Calendar Days

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason. This right is in addition to any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Under UK food supplement regulations, products that have been unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. This is a lawful exception and applies to the opened portion of the packaging only.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within the 14-day window, stating your name, phone number and the reason (optional) for the return.
  2. We will reply within 2 working days with a return address and instructions.
  3. Package the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

4. Return Delivery Costs

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered in error or is defective. We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. As payment was made on delivery (by cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer to an account you provide. We will contact you to arrange this.

6. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at no cost at any point before dispatch. Simply inform the operator during the confirmation call, or email us at [email protected]. Cancellation before dispatch results in no charge whatsoever.

7. Declining the Parcel on Delivery

If you have not yet cancelled before dispatch, you may decline to accept the parcel from the courier. In this case, the parcel will be returned to us and the transaction will be cancelled automatically. No payment will have been collected.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
