All timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch. Dispatch occurs within 1-2 working days of phone confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Pay on Delivery - No Prepayment
When your Belell Source arrives, the courier will collect payment before handing over the parcel. You can pay by cash or by card - most couriers carry a card terminal.
At no point during the ordering process do we ask for card details or any payment online. This is by design: we believe ordering a food supplement should feel simple and low-risk.
If you are not in when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with redelivery instructions.
Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return Belell Source, provided the packaging is unopened. See our Returns Policy for the full process.
To cancel before dispatch, simply inform the operator during the confirmation call, or email us at [email protected]. You may also decline the parcel on delivery - this cancels the transaction automatically.
