2. Ordering & Sale Conditions

Placing an order via the form on this website constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract. A contract is formed only when our team confirms your order by telephone. At that point, the price, product and delivery details are agreed verbally. We reserve the right to decline any order prior to confirmation.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The price shown at the time of your confirmation call is the price you pay.

Payment is made in cash or by card directly to the courier upon delivery. No payment is collected through this website. No prepayment or deposit is ever required.

You may cancel your order free of charge at any point before dispatch by informing the operator during the confirmation call or by emailing [email protected]. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may decline it on delivery to cancel the transaction.
